Mohit Mankad a University of Mumbai Graduate with Communication Accounting Major along with  postgraduate education and training in Marketing Management.

Mohit has experience in various streams of marketing and Management on profit and non profit organisations.

Mohit's vast Organizational, Public Relations, Marketing and Management skills are Asset to the team

Managing Director 

 Steve Larimer a Missouri State University Graduate Majoring in Business Communication.

Steve is Real Estate broker and owner of Knox Realty. He has vast experience of over 35 years in the real estate industry along project initiation and management expertise.

Steve's critical Property and Market analysis experience will give a solid foundation to of the Management team.

Managing Director 

Allen Hood began his 20+ year career in real estate building cabins in the Smokies. Allen went on to plan and develop entire communities. 

Allen’s experience is not only on the development side but also the management and rental side of many of the developments he has done. 

Allen’s deep knowledge of the area and intimate understanding of market demand are a huge asset to the Smoky Summit team.

Managing Director 

Harshit Patel holds a Bachelor's Degree from Virginia International University in Computer Science.

Hershit owns and operates three major hotels in Knoxville and he was involved in the process of construction of two properties of Tru by Hilton in Knoxville. 

Hershit is an operational & marketing consultant for E-Hotels, which has multiple brands Hilton, Radisson, and Choices hotels.
